Shaded the wings… well, wing actually.

It’s currently naked without the armor and all, hence the exuberant display of its innards.

Concurrently, I’ve always wondered how one’s innards would look like. It’s like a part(s) of us that we never knew/saw.

Also on the topic of wings and innards; am reading The Lake House by James Patterson which tells of a group of engineered bird like children.

The writer has this fixation on vivid descriptions on acts of torture upon the fictional test subjects. To get a picture of the colorfulness of his exquisite exposition, he would gleefully rephrase the following sentence in 200 words, “And the crane like apparatus scooped out the patients innards.”
