I think it’s harder for the person who’s staying back then the one who’s leaving to somewhere else.
You see, the latter would be entering a whole new world to explore and discover whilst the former stuck singly has nothing new but the task at hand to adjust and get accustomed to the sudden detachment.
Hence, it does help to be busy; to conjure up contracts of busyness no matter how trivial.
So it is, from total extreme sadness to now a buzzing numbness. Hence bear with me for a few more emo posts and one’s state would probably return to normal.
