Gadgets!

A big attraction in hobbies are its tools and gadgets. And for cooking, you can’t get geekier then having your own hand blow torch and an ice cream churner.

With a blow torch, well, you can caramelize sugar on crème brules, wield forks & spoons together for fun or use it as a pepper spray replacement. Imagine, the fear of your assailant when he sees you repeating slyly, “flame on, flame off” whilst holding the torch with much evil intent/content in your eyes.

With an ice cream churner, well, you can make ice cream. Let me repeat that, you.can.make.icecream. And not the usual 5.99 tub found in supermarkets but very very possible, replicating premium ice creams in terms of texture and taste which are actually at the core, very very easy to make.

Those two above? Want? Yes, very much.
