R: Crucify the Customers!

Work so far is an interesting experience. I think, it’s the best place for you to garner thick face syndrome because by the time you’ve gone thought your 101 customer whines, you’d tend to not take it personally anymore. Such is that, one of the most effective ways of confronting confrontations is to disallow ill remarks about yourself affect you personally

There was this nasty lady who kept complaning about waiting too long for her FREE laptop at the collection center today. Yet, it's nothing really to do with my company but instead, the management in another.

But she didn't want to listen, she just wanted to vent and vent and vent. Suddenly I wanted to laugh at her because, there she was tired, frustrated and angry scolding someone who's in the office sitting comfortably with aircon 360 around.

Yet, I think I’m at a transition stage, whereby the complains do still carry some personalized weight. Let’s give it a few weeks more and see how well the brick wall has been built or earth forbid, demolished.

Oh another lesson learnt, there are lots and lots of wierd people out there.
