I discussing with a friend today about finding a gf. It’s nice to have one now but I’d need to wait 5 years plus to marry her. So long wei.
Anyhow, I love the new flash. It’s funny that an accessory costs almost 70 percent as much as the camera + kit lens. Yet, it’s no wonder that it’s so expensive (fully funded by the ads). It’s really amazing. In a split second the flash:
1) sends a pre flash
2) calculates with the information from the pre flash
3) fires a second flash that has been optimized for the ambience light.
All these means it’s really easy to bounce light and get almost perfect exposure every time. I like how it can twist 360 degrees around and even -10 degrees down.
Can't wait to try it out fully on assignments. Am going to get an Omnibounce too! Sadly it has to be bought from US cause it's so hard to find Omnibounce for Pentax flashes in Malaysia.

Eh the Stofen can be gotten at Digicolor, Pudu Plaza and Ampang Park, for all mounts. I know I've seen it.
Oh serious?? I tried ampang park but don't have for the 540fgz...
