R: Sales Training(?)

Work was quite fun today. The highlight of it all would be the sales training we had. So there we were huddled in this small meeting room trying to learn how to convince customers to upgrade. The leverage was to focus on their needs. What I agree with what they said about sales is all common sense but such common sense is most of the time not common practice. In some ironic way, we need to realize that common sense to allow it to have more practical sense.
