R: Nap Necessities

Have you ever felt like 'dying' after noon. All you want to do is fall asleep, nicely cuddled on your bed and dream away. Apparently, scientists say you should! It's like a super charger to your energy level and all it takes is 20 minutes of slumber.

That's the good and bad part I think. Good cause well, you can tell your boss is that you're doing it in the name of science. Bad, 20 minutes seems quite a short nap. Nevertheless, they say you shouldn't sleep more then 20 minutes cause after that it will be deep sleep.

So far, these 20 minutes nap has been great in keeping myself fresh for the rest of the day.
