R: Is it Time to Drown?

I wish I had the money to go learn Jazz piano from David. 2 years and you could be playing in the local music scene. That be a fairy tale career; jazz pianist/teacher + wedding photographer.

I was reading books on entrepreneurs and one thing in common between the many successful entrepreneurs were:

1) They failed many many many times.

2) People at first think they are the stupidest people with the stupidest idea.

3) They were scared shitless.

So far I can relate partially to 1 and mostly to 3. 3 the most because throughout this journey, there were many times that it was scary and lonely.

Yet, 3 is really the fear of getting 1. It’s hard to be a successful failure. A successful failure is one that fails, learn from the mistakes, move on and just don’t do it again. In reality, it’s easy just to fail, feel crap about it/yourself/the universe and just quit.

But it’s sad sometimes, cause just right at the corner of the failure is success waiting for you if you had only hold on.

So, just keep swimming, and swimming… and swimming.
