Where's The Sunshine?

It’s but a time
When you were mine
Hi there it’s been awhile

Unanswered questions ring
Possibilities of what it may be

But it’s too late
My last love song to sing
But it’s too late
My last love song I bring

So let us part our ways
Here are your things

Thank you for the happy days
Sorry but today
I’m not giving them back to you

I know you’re hurt
It’s bout to rain
But I’m not going through
With this again

But it’s too late
My last love song to sing
But it’s too late
My last love song I bring

It’s already time
Let us go
Let us let go

Meeting up with an ex is an bleurgh experience. It’s like drinking from a black cauldron that has sugar, spice, everything nice and the usual lizards, bats and eye balls. Like feeling hot and cold when you're rather sick.

Not to mention a few skeletons that come dancing out of that closet you thought was burnt and its ashes, buried 60 feet under. These skeletons then make you remember unwanted memories which were heroically hidden under a rug and presumed missing.

But what better opportunity to be inspired to write emo songs. Tried this time using a wonky sounding keyboard instead of my rustic guitar. Am trying to switch to writing lyrics that aren’t so corny on the outside but filled with more implicit stuffs instead. Recordings hopefully soon. You’ve been warned. :p

On a side note, seem to have misplaced my aphrodisiac lately; do tell if you’ve found it.
