West Side Story

Life’s decisions involves a lot of grey areas, indeed it be simpler if it all were just 2 sides of a coin and not everything in between. Yet, against the advocate of a sound mind, the best decisions made sometimes are those that aren’t made at all, but literally let things to hang and dry out for better or worse.

Lyrics to a song written quite a while ago:

In Between

Bittersweet
Hot and cold
What is this?
I want to know

Far away
Yet so near
Would you stay
Awhile my dear

It’s just unfair
That what we want
What we need
Isn’t there

It’s just unfair
That what I seek
Can’t be found
When you ain’t around

Yet no matter
How happiness shatters
Let it be clear
I’d wish you were here

In between
Choices we take
Choices we make
In refrain
For fucking realty’s sake

There’s no right or wrong
No clarity
But to move along
In between you and me
