Seclusion

Like a selfish hermit, I locked myself in my room for these 2 days. Blogs were considered evil to the eyes. My MSN dropped a few points on its version mark, hoping to minimize the chance of spoilers at the ‘put personal message here’ spot. The ‘x’ button on one’s browser was flattened by a forceful arrow every time the words ‘harry potter’ was scene.

I felt like a crook who was trying to not get caught. It would just take a few second to spoil the prior effort of waiting for few years; closure was near. Too near for comfort.

The last book was spoilt indefinitely by a friend’s blog who blatantly professed to the whole word of who had died. Same too was the fate, where the anticipation of the 5th book was verbally raped by another inconsiderate buffoon who even had the nerve to laugh when he spilt out the guts of the murdered story.

I could never understand the selfishness of Spoilers.

Alas, it’s over and for once, one found out the conclusion from the book itself and not from some walking idiot. Review? It’s been awhile since endings were this satisfying and complete. That in itself, is worth the seclusion from normality.

these people are attention grabbers and like to show off that they know the ending.

I've stopped reading 2 blogs because of this foolishness.

Not that i actually care what happens to Harry Potter, but bloggers like these are not worth reading after all.

i've read countless book/movie review which weren't reviews, because those who write them simply didnt know WHAT reviews are. they simply give the whole summary of the show or story. sigh.

i rmbr who blurted the ending of book five to me in class. i think you were there too. yeah, i was very disappointed.. because ive tried so hard to keep away from people telling me the ending. oh well. =p
